*Note: Don and Stacy discuss the current laws, there is a "Heartbeat bill" that was passed by the Ohio legislature, but it has been indefinitely blocked by the Ohio Courts, so it is not in effect nor is it enforced, and it does not appear that it will be anytime soon.
